    Return Policy

    The policy of Return and Refund for the Soleaire states following:
    Any product that is new, unopened and unused, shipped to the Continent USA can be a subject for return to Soleaire within 30 days from the day of purchase with a valid recipe. All the return actions must be approved by call tag from Soleaire.

    In case of:
    – Undamaged products in an open boxes, the product is valid to be returned and receive credit only in the store, which can be later applied for future purchase of Soleaire.
    – Damaged or used products are not a subject for return, refund or exchange.
    – The customer is responsible for all freight fees, except the product is not damaged during arrival.
